What is NIK Academy
NIK Academy is a training center that provides a solution to one of the major challenges facing agricultural producers today – the lack of well-trained personnel.
At our training center, we offer innovative courses that help participants work with the latest technologies and equipment in precision agriculture. We have modern classrooms for courses and presentations, as well as special areas equipped with demonstration gear, where theoretical and practical lessons on using innovative technologies and artificial intelligence in agriculture take place.
And that's not all! Our academy also has agricultural machinery and land for practical training. Here, you can put everything you have learned into practice!
Since the autumn of 2017, we have been offering training courses to both Bulgarian and international farmers. We teach them how to use the technologies we provide while introducing them to the world of precision agriculture through the latest trends. At the end of each course, we also share best practices for fertilization and crop care that our team has gathered over the years.
Our work
At NIK Academy, we organize training courses on current topics that address the needs of employees in the agricultural sector. Our goal is to help them improve their qualifications and increase their efficiency in the field as operators of modern agricultural machinery.
Our courses last between one and three days and are held throughout the year. As a result of this training, staff will be better prepared for the upcoming agricultural season.
