Subsolier - CULTIPLOW
FOCUS ON SOIL STRUCTURE
- Maintaining a soil structure that promotes root development
- Ensuring vertical water and air circulation in the soil
- Unlocking the circulation of nutrients trapped by hardpan compaction
- Operating heavy machinery in wet conditions leads to soil compaction, causing crop losses of up to 30%!

TILLAGE WITHOUT DISTURBING THE SOIL SUBSTRATE
- Naturally, humus and nutrients are found in the top few centimeters of soil.
- It does not disturb the soil substrate, making nutrients immediately available to the plant.
- Fine surface preparation: deep penetration into hard, compacted soil and breaking up the hardpan formed by plowing.
- The working section causes progressive soil lifting = "wave effect".
- Vertical fissures that restructure the soil
- Infiltration and increased capillarity
- Soil warming
- No disturbance of the soil substrate
- Organic matter and nutrients are preserved at the surface
Benefits: POWER AND FUEL ECONOMY
- Optimal soil porosity
- Rapid and deep root development
- Resistance to climate change
- Greater distance between sections (e.g., 75 cm)
- Better management of crop residues
- Single-row requirement
- Energy and fuel savings

Technical Specifications

Agrisem is an international company specialising in the manufacture of agricultural machinery for conservation tillage, such as minimum-till and no-till farming.
Founded in 1993 by a farmer, the company began with the creation of a machine capable of both tilling the soil and sowing in a single pass. This was essentially formed from two different machines created by other companies. In 1994, the company developed another machine, making the two units capable of sowing both cereals and row crops.
By 2012, Agrisem had launched several machines for conservation agriculture, and in that same year, the company was acquired by UNIA, another manufacturer specialising in agricultural machinery.
Eight years later, in 2020, Agrisem separated from UNIA and acquired Sly, a French company specialising in the production of machinery for conservation agriculture.
