VICON RO-EDW GEOSPREAD fertilizer spreader
VICON RO-EDW GEOSPREAD fertilizer spreader
Vicon GEOSPREAD RO spreaders feature a unique characteristic: the RotaFlow spreading system. Smooth fertilizer acceleration prevents granule fragmentation upon contact with the disc vanes. The adjustable discharge point allows for system calibration based on the fertilizer type. Thanks to this gentle handling, the product's spreading characteristics are maintained. The RotaFlow system is built for optimal spreading!
RotaFlow benefits:
- Uniform distribution even on sloping terrain
- Smooth fertilizer acceleration that prevents granule fragmentation
- Double overlap spreading
RotaFlow spreading system
The VICON RO-EDW GEOSPREAD fertilizer spreader features eight high-capacity vanes per disc, ensuring perfect overlap not only across the working width but also in the direction of travel, regardless of operating speed. It includes one-meter sections, four load cells, and a tilt sensor.
Thanks to the eight vanes per disc, this spreader is not limited by travel speed, as it provides perfect coverage across the spreading pattern.

Technical Specifications
Vicon
Vicon is a company originating from the Netherlands, specialising in the production of high-performance agricultural machinery, with a focus on equipment for solid fertiliser application, baling, mowing and shredding.
Founded in 1910 by Hermanus Vissers as an agricultural services firm. After the First World War, it successfully launched a potato planter, which was presented at the Utrecht trade fair. From 1949, it specialised in the production of agricultural machinery, particularly for mowing and hay harvesting. In 1958, it acquired the technology for the 'pendulum' fertiliser spreader, which is still used in its products today. Between 1958 and 1980, it launched innovative machinery, and from 1981, it began integrating electronic components into smart equipment.
In 1998, Vicon was acquired by the Norwegian Kverneland Group, having previously purchased several other companies in the sector.
