Collaborative concept and design
The Berthoud Spectre is a front-cab self-propelled sprayer with hydrostatic transmission, equipped with BOSCH REXROTH hydraulic motors. All these features provide flexibility and powerful performance.
The chassis, fully suspended on air cushions, offers the option of hydraulic adjustment for both track width and ground clearance.

Spectre – built for precision and productivity
The Spectre A range of self-propelled sprayers is equipped with a specific boom featuring AXIALE suspension, which ensures optimal performance for automatic boom height control.
The cab is large and spacious, mounted on a lift that allows for easier and safer access.
The standard tank capacity is 5,200 L, and the rinsing tank is 450 liters. The booms can be made of aluminum and configured in 36-38-40-42-44 m widths. The ground clearance is 1.25 m as standard, or hydraulically adjustable between 1.25 m and 1.8 m, and the track width can vary between 1.8 and 2.25 m or between 2 and 2.7 m, with both options being hydraulic.
ISOBUS and PWM for precise applications
This solution allows you to minimize the impact on crop quality, regardless of their height or layout.
The self-propelled sprayer is ISOBUS compatible, and you can opt for a WiFi tablet connected to the machine. The electronic implementation allows for selecting spraying or rinsing functions from the cab using the Universal Terminal. The PWM spraying mode complements the sprayer. This technology allows for maintaining a constant working pressure, enabling a constant working pressure and/or a constant volume per hectare, even with speed variations of up to 50%.

Built for large areas and intensive work rates
The BERTHOUD Spectre A combines high autonomy, flexibility, and comfort in a self-propelled sprayer designed for intensive treatment campaigns. Various boom configurations, adjustable ground clearance, and hydraulic track width allow the machine to be tailored to specific crops and farm conditions. The result: greater operational flexibility and efficient use throughout the entire season.
